Ordering
Once you have decided on your range of sportswear, simply fill out a Tempest order form, giving us all the details about, embroideries, prints colours etc, and return it to us by e-mail, post or fax. We will process the order, send you a confirmation email containing the artwork for your order, the order itself, and a confirmed delivery date and price. Upon okaying the order we will require a deposit of 30% which can be paid by credit card or cheque, and upon receiving the we will process the order.
Unless advised otherwise prior to ordering all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 7 weeks from when the deposit is received.
Embroideries/Prints
All kits can be printed or embroidered with the club crest and sponsors logo’s, players names and numbers. While there are no hard and fast rules for when to use embroideries or prints, we strongly recommend embroideries for the club badge and any other small logo (5*5cm or similar) with printing used for front prints and name and numbers. For logos the quality of artwork you supply is vitally important to ensuring we can produce the perfect logo for you so please supply either a clear jpg (or other format) image of your logo(s) or an original letterhead or garment with the required logos.

Delivery
All orders of £500 or more are eligible for free delivery, for all others a small delivery charge will be applicable (see price list for details) . Orders are usually despatched by City Link and are delivered before 12pm the day after despatch.
Payment
An invoice will be sent with the garments for the balance of the of the goods. All invoices are payable with 30days of receipt of the invoice and interest may be charged on unpaid invoices exceeding these terms
